Sonoma: The town of Sonoma and the surrounding towns of Kenwood and Glen Ellen epitomize the original Sonoma County Wine Country culture. Highway 12 runs through all three towns and is studded with world-class wineries, restaurants and recreational parks. Downtown Sonoma has a rich history and was the last Spanish mission built in California by Franciscan padres.
